What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma are detoxification procedures
that help in eliminating the toxins out of the
body through proper channels. Purgation,
Oil Enema, Decoction Enema and Nasal
therapy. At Beayurvedic Wellness center we
advise you to take the initial consultation to
know what therapy your body needs, it also
depends on what season of the year you are
planning to do the Panchakarma.
For imbalances Panchakarma can be done any time of the year however for maintaining health Vaidya Vesikar recommends to do it as per season.

What is the difference between Panchakarma and Rasayana Chikitsa?
Panchakarma are five detoxifications procedures that are done one at a time – Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Anuvasana Basti and Niruha Basti. The focus while doing Panchakarma is detoxification of the body that involves cleansing methods with dietary restriction after the therapies are completed. Panchakarma has contraindications that are taken in consideration and cannot be done for those who have specific health conditions.
