Ayurveda Massage techniques & External Bastis
This course will help a healer to understand the basic principles of Ayurveda and its fundamentals in Ayurvedic healing. The goal is to develop the knowledge about health and through different healing modalities, balancing the doshas in our body. This course will give a detailed understanding of Ayurvedic technique for body therapies such as Ayurvedic Massage (Snehan) and external Bastis and with reference to individual body constitution (prakruti) and a brief understanding of Ayurvedic physiology.
