Pranayam
Pranayam are yogic breathing techniques, which the seers from ancient India discovered to attain bliss and longevity. Prana is the bridge between body, mind and consciousness. It is the life energy that performs respiration, oxygenation and circulation. It governs all higher cerebral activities, motor and sensory functions including functions of mind, memory, thoughts and emotions. It is the constant movement of awareness

Every thought changes the rhythm of breath, and every breath changes the rhythm of thinking. When one is happy blissful and silent, breathing is rhythmic and if one is disturbed with anxiety, fear or nervousness, the breathing is irregular and interrupted. Pranayam helps to improve our awareness and circulation to all organs of our body and has a calming effect on mind.
